Job Title: Technical Support Representative
Location: Cebu City (Onsite)
Job Description- Assist customers with technical concerns via phone, email, or chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues.
- Provide clear and professional support to customers.
- Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate team.
- Record customer interactions and resolutions.
- Follow company policies and procedures.
- Must have at least 6 months to 1 year BPO experience
- High school graduate, Senior High School graduate, or college level.
- Experience in customer service or technical support is an advantage but not required.
- Good English communication skills.
- Basic computer and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willing to work onsite in Cebu City.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, if needed.
