What You’ll Do- Be the first point of contact for customers needing technical support
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with POS systems and related devices
- Use remote tools to diagnose, fix, and guide customers through solutions
- Coordinate with field technicians when onsite support is needed
- Document cases accurately and follow incident management best practices
- Identify patterns in recurring issues and contribute to improvements
- Escalate complex problems when necessary while ensuring smooth handoffs
- Help build and maintain knowledge base articles and documentation
- Support teammates through collaboration, coaching, and knowledge sharing
- Participate in ongoing training, quality reviews, and team initiatives
- ✅ 1–2 years experience in technical support, help desk, or similar role
- ✅ Strong communication and customer-first mindset
- ✅ Confidence handling customers via phone, email, chat, and remote tools
- ✅ Technical curiosity and solid problem-solving skills
- ✅ Ability to quickly learn new systems and technologies
- ✅ Foreign language skills are a plus (depending on business needs)
