POSITION TITLE: Sales Operations SpecialistWORK SETUP: Hybrid
OVERALL PURPOSE:The Cloud Sourcing Team specializes in supporting Accenture pre-sales deal teams to shape the reselling of Cloud Services into the client proposition then post-sale, to provide services to on-board the provider accounts, operate billing and provide a unique Customer Success Management function.
RESPONSIBILITIES:The Ecosystem Cloud Sourcing Specialist provides a critical service as part of the of the operations function to manage the MAG account configurations.
As an Ecosystem Cloud Sourcing Specialist, you will help our clients and Accenture Sales Team with the administrative and operational support activities including managing cloud provider accounts with AWS, Azure, and GCP. This includes account setup and coordinates with other Accenture technical, billing, finance, and sales teams.
The Ecosystem Cloud Sourcing Specialist will support one or more clients through the lifecycle of their adoption of cloud products sourced with our Ecosystems team. Successful execution will require strong management of our cloud partners’ product updates, an understanding of configuration within the AWS, Azure, and GCP portals, and training with clients & client account teams.
Primary responsibilities include: Partner Knowledge and Relationships
- Will be focused on one or more Cloud partners’ products and services
- Partner Roadmap – Understand changes to the partners’ tools and capabilities as far as account management and support is considered
- support Sales Directors and Sales Enablers in helping them drive their resale revenue opportunities across different Market Units.
- Ability to log and follow up on partner tickets
- Assess and resolve any client account management questions around setup, configuration, migration, reporting with the guidance of the Resale ESDs and ESAs
- Support onboarding and Customer Success functions accordingly
- Proactively stay up to date with all the latest technologies regarding Cloud providers (Microsoft, Google, AWS) and help cascade this knowledge to the other support team members.
- Work with support and/or product development personnel to troubleshoot technical product issues.
- Create/ update operational procedures
- File enhancement requests and work with product management / product developers to understand enhancements requirements.
- Work with the Sourcing team (sales directors & sales enablement) for Client Orders, Add-Ons, Renewals though the quote to cash process
