The Sales Operations Coordinator is responsible for supporting daily sales operations within the hardware and construction industry. The role involves coordinating customer orders, processing invoices, monitoring inventory availability, and ensuring efficient communication between customers, sales agents, and warehouse teams.

The position plays a key role in ensuring accurate order fulfillment and timely delivery of construction and hardware materials.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Order Coordination
  • Assist walk-in customers and handle customer inquiries through phone calls and other communication channels.
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide product availability updates, pricing information, and delivery coordination support.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and timely response to customer concerns.
Sales Operations Support
  • Coordinate closely with sales agents regarding customer requirements, quotations, orders, and delivery schedules.
  • Prepare invoices, delivery receipts, sales orders, and related documentation.
  • Monitor pending orders and coordinate updates with customers and sales teams.
Inventory & Warehouse Coordination
  • Coordinate with Manila and Quezon City warehouse personnel to monitor inventory levels and stock availability.
  • Identify warehouse locations with available stocks for customer allocation.
  • Assist in allocating construction and hardware materials based on stock availability and delivery requirements.
  • Coordinate stock transfers and inventory movements when necessary.
Operational Coordination
  • Ensure effective and efficient coordination among customers, sales agents, warehouse personnel, and management.
  • Maintain accurate records of orders, inventory allocation, and customer transactions.
  • Assist in resolving order, inventory, and delivery-related concerns promptly.
Education
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
Experience
  • Experience in sales operations, customer service, inventory coordination, or sales administration within the hardware, construction, building materials, or related industry is preferred.
  • Familiarity with construction materials, hardware products, and warehouse operations is an advantage.
