Sales Operations Head

Job Summary:

The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing sales support operations, order processing, inventory coordination, delivery monitoring, customer service coordination, and process improvement to ensure smooth daily business operations and achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily sales operations and ensure smooth coordination between departments
• Oversee order processing, delivery scheduling, and fulfillment activities
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, procurement, and sales teams
• Monitor inventory availability and prevent stock shortages
• Track sales performance, operational KPIs, and delivery turnaround times
• Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns and operational issues
• Develop and improve operational processes and workflow efficiency
• Prepare operational reports, sales analysis, and forecasting data
• Manage and supervise operations staff and support teams
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field
• Minimum of 3–5 years experience in sales operations, supply chain, logistics, or related role
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Experience in inventory monitoring and operational planning
• Knowledge in ERP systems, Excel, and reporting tools is an advantage
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
