About the role

We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a HR Assistant position at RVD FOOD Inc, based in Paranaque City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time role designed specifically for fresh graduates who are eager to launch their career in Human Resources and Recruitment.

As an HR Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our HR department's day-to-day operations, contributing to the smooth functioning of our recruitment processes and people management initiatives. This position offers an excellent platform to develop your HR skills whilst working alongside experienced professionals in a dynamic and growing organisation.

Key responsibilities
  1. Assist with the recruitment process, including screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers
  2. Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system and recruitment databases to ensure accurate and timely information
  3. Prepare recruitment materials, job descriptions, and job postings for various platforms
  4. Support the onboarding process for new employees, including documentation preparation and orientation coordination
  5. Assist with employee records management and ensure compliance with data protection regulations
  6. Help organise and coordinate HR-related events, training sessions, and team-building activities
  7. Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including filing, scheduling, and correspondence
  8. Support the processing of employee benefits, payroll documentation, and other HR-related administrative tasks
  9. Assist with the collection and filing of employment contracts and other personnel documentation
What we're looking for
  1. Recent graduate with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
  2. Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Filipino is advantageous
  4. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software or applicant tracking systems
  5. A keen eye for detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
  6. Friendly, professional demeanour with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a team environment
  7. Eagerness to learn and develop in the HR field with a positive attitude towards continuous improvement
  8. Basic understanding of labour laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices is a plus
SALARY: 18K-19K
SCHEDULE: Monday-Saturday (Alternate Saturday Work)
