Polystar Manpower Services is seeking an HR Assistant to join our dynamic Human Resources team based in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position offering an excellent opportunity to develop your career in Human Resources and Recruitment within a growing organisation.As an HR Assistant, you will provide essential support to our HR department, contributing to the effective management of our recruitment processes, employee relations, and general HR administration. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations and supporting the delivery of high-quality recruitment and people management services to our clients and internal teams.
Key responsibilities- Assist with recruitment activities, including job posting, candidate screening, scheduling interviews, and maintaining applicant tracking records
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including document preparation, filing, and database management
- Help coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately
- Support the organisation of training programmes, workshops, and HR-related events
- Assist with employee relations matters, including handling inquiries and providing general HR information to staff
- Maintain and update HR records and databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality
- Support payroll and benefits administration tasks as required
- Assist with compliance and documentation requirements related to employment regulations
- Perform general clerical duties to support the efficient functioning of the HR department
- A high school diploma or equivalent qualification; a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in local languages is an advantage
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR information systems or databases
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accuracy in all HR documentation
- A professional and courteous demeanour with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
- Knowledge of basic HR functions and Philippine employment laws and regulations is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
