Operations Management

Support the General Manager by overseeing daily operations of the injection molding plant, including production, maintenance, quality, engineering, and supply chain.
Assisting the GM in managing daily production activities, resolving operational bottlenecks, and ensuring production targets are met.
Ensure optimal machine utilization, minimal downtime, and efficient scheduling to meet customer demands.

Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and improve productivity.

People Management
Lead, mentor, and develop department managers and staff across all levels.
Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, safety, and operational excellence.
Oversee workforce planning, training, and performance management.

Serving as a contact window between Philippines and China, involves facilitating communication, navigating policies and building trust.

Quality & Compliance
Ensure adherence to ISO, safety, and environmental standards.
Maintain high-quality standards to meet customer requirements and minimize rejects/returns.

Collaborate with quality and engineering teams to resolve product issues and improve process stability.

Financial & Strategic Management
Develop and manage budgets, cost controls, and financial performance of the plant.
Analyze performance metrics (OEE, yield, scrap rates, delivery performance) and implement corrective actions.

Identify opportunities for business growth, new technologies, and process improvements.

Customer & Supplier Relations
Work closely with customers to understand requirements, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction.

Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers for raw materials, tooling, and equipment.

Qualifications/Requirements

College graduate

With at least 10 years experience
