General Manager (MD Required)

Job Summary

The General Manager will lead cross-functional teams, strengthen key client relationships, and ensure alignment with company objectives and industry standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve company growth and profitability targets.
• Lead and manage overall operations including sales, distribution, logistics, finance, and administration.
• Identify new market opportunities, product lines, and partnerships within the healthcare sector.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to support business decisions.
• Establish operational policies and ensure efficient organizational structure and workflow.

• Drive revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives and client acquisition.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, healthcare institutions, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
• Oversee pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and major account management.
• Ensure achievement of sales targets and business KPIs.

• Oversee procurement, inventory management, warehousing, and distribution operations.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of medical products and consumables.
• Monitor operational efficiency and implement process improvements.
• Coordinate with suppliers and principals regarding product availability and demand forecasting.

• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, FDA requirements, and industry standards.
• Maintain proper documentation, permits, licenses, and product registrations.
• Ensure adherence to quality assurance and safety standards for medical products.

• Manage company budgeting, financial planning, and cost control initiatives.
• Review financial reports and ensure profitability targets are achieved.
• Approve major expenditures and monitor overall financial performance.

• Lead, mentor, and develop department heads and employees.
• Foster a performance-driven and collaborative work environment.
• Oversee manpower planning, performance evaluations, and organizational development.

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree is required.
• Strong background in medical devices, hospital consumables, healthcare operations, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven experience in sales management, business development, and operations leadership.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
• Strong understanding of FDA regulations and healthcare industry standards.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
