• Manages and executes improvement to meet Management Objectives, Target & program including Company Policies.
• Responsible for the development, implementation, and on-going support of manufacturing business system activities
• Ensures that production schedules are kept to meet customer demand.
• Develops comprehensive operating plans, budget and monitors achievement of Optical Business group goals and target.
• Oversees the hiring, development, retention, and optimal performance of staffs for the leadership and execution of manufacturing operations.
• Ensures that all information, goals, and targets are effectively communicated to all staff.
• Oversees all team’s projects on establishments, maintenance & improvement
• Plans, develops, and implements systematic approach and procedure to further improve machine operation and maximized available material and labor resources.
• Identifies best practices and lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce work process risk, raise safety awareness, and improve safe work practices.
• Provides technical advice, coaching, guidance, and mentoring to employees on safety initiatives and necessary changes.
• Promotion of cost reduction activity which includes material cost reduction, variable cost reduction, procurement cost reduction and labor cost reduction
• Oversees the status of all the registered theme activities and responsible on the smooth flow of information.

• At least fifteen (15) years of relevant professional experience in technical operations, engineering, or related industry
• At least ten (10) years in a senior managerial or executive position, overseeing technical teams and operations
• Demonstrated expertise in technical planning, operations management, and leadership
• Proven ability to manage technical functions at a strategic and executive level
