ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER - Rx Planning and Customer Service Department- Manages and executes improvement to meet Management Objectives, Target & program including Company Policies.
- Establishes department program, prepare strategic activity / goals by gathering pertinent business, financial, service, and production operations information.
- Ensures efficient and maximum utilization of all resources such as manpower, machine allocation /capacity and materials requirements base on Production Plan & Schedule (under Lean manufacturing).
- Manages Division budget for Manpower / Factory Supplies and Investment.
- Manages & recommends process improvements for high quality, cost effectiveness and excellent customer services.
- Manages Production Operation & Production control activities to reduce outages / incidents and meet on Time Delivery.
Qualifications/Requirements
At least ten (10) years of relevant professional experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, manufacturing support, or operationsAt least five (5) years in a senior managerial or executive role, overseeing supply chain or operations functions
Proven expertise in end‑to‑end supply chain management, including procurement, inventory, logistics, and vendor management
Strong leadership, strategic planning, and cross‑functional coordination skills
