About the role
East Equator Express Philippines Inc. is seeking a driven and analytical Continuous Improvement & Operational Excellence Associate to join our team in Mabolo, Cebu City. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in driving operational excellence and implementing continuous improvement initiatives across our organization.
What you'll be doing- Analyse current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
- Develop and implement efficient and effective process optimization strategies
- Utilize lean methodologies and tools to streamline operations and boost productivity
- Provide training and support to operational teams to embed a culture of continuous improvement
- Collaborate cross-functionally to define and deliver projects that enhance business performance
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track the impact of improvement initiatives
- Recommend data-driven solutions to complex operational challenges
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as operations management, industrial engineering or business administration
- 3-5 years of experience in a continuous improvement or operational excellence role, preferably within a fast-paced service or consulting environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making
- Proven track record of implementing lean and other process improvement methodologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to effectively collaborate with teams at all levels
- Adaptability and a solutions-oriented mindset to thrive in a dynamic business environment
