Performance Management & Excellence Associate (Logistics)
About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Performance Management & Excellence Associate (Logistics) to join our team at East Equator Express Philippines Inc. Based in Mabolo Cebu City Cebu, this full-time role will play a key part in driving operational excellence and continuous improvement within our logistics operations.
What you'll be doing- Developing and implementing performance management frameworks to track and analyse key metrics across our logistics operations
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing initiatives to drive operational efficiency
- Conducting data analysis to uncover insights and make recommendations to enhance logistics performance
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align on strategic goals and translate them into actionable plans
- Preparing comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate performance results and business recommendations
- Supporting the continuous development of our logistics team through training and coaching
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a performance management, business analysis or continuous improvement role, preferably within the logistics or transportation industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to leverage data to drive insights and make informed recommendations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
- Project management expertise to successfully lead process improvement initiatives
- Proficient in using data analytics tools and software (e.g. Excel, Power BI, Tableau)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or a related field
