Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Audit Senior Manager to lead global audit teams, drive operational excellence, and enhance process efficiency. This role focuses on performance management, process improvement, and ensuring high-quality service delivery across international client accounts.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage Audit Supervisors/Managers handling global client accounts
- Monitor and analyze team performance against KPIs and SLAs
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives
- Identify process gaps and implement scalable solutions
- Handle escalations from clients and carriers
- Spearhead automation and system optimization initiatives
- Conduct performance reviews, coaching, and team development
- Ensure completion of CAPA documentation and compliance
- Maintain SOPs and process documentation
- Facilitate training and continuous improvement initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- At least 3+ years managerial experience in logistics, BPO, or technology industry
- Strong background in process improvement and operations management
- Lean Six Sigma certification (Green/Black Belt) is an advantage
- Proven leadership and team management experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in project management and process optimization
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment
- Salary up to ₱100,000

- Possible hybrid setup upon regularization
- Night Shift (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM)
