Job Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any related courses,
- At least with basic knowledge on Logistics Operation,
- Strong communication skills, able to do multi tasking job,
- Time management & reliability, willingness to work early/late hours.
Job Description:
- Responsible for Truck monitoring deliveries
- Inspect the deliveryman/truck before loading, in terms of cleanliness (inside and outside).
- In case the delivery van is not within the standard requirement, coordinate with Shipping Supervisor for final disposition- counter-check the stocks in the presence of deliveryman/helper.
- Dispatch planning and allocate appropriate trucks based on requirements to avoid delays.
- Provides delivery receipts and prepares transmittal (DRTRF),
- Prepares incidents report for delivery related concerns,
- Source out/call out prospective trucker,
- Monitoring RFID usage (company vehicles).
- Other related tasks assigned by the Supervisor.
