About the role
As a Courier/Dispatcher at ABest Express Inc., you will play a vital role in their transport and logistics operations. This full-time position is based in Manila City Metro Manila and involves the efficient delivery and distribution of goods to customers.You will be responsible for planning and executing delivery routes in a timely and reliable manner.
What you'll be doing- Receive and review delivery orders and plan optimal routes
- Load and unload delivery vehicles in a safe and organised manner
- Deliver goods to customers within the agreed timeframe
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including any issues or delays
- Provide excellent customer service and liaise with clients as needed
- Ensure the vehicle is well-maintained and report any issues
- Adhere to all relevant health, safety and compliance regulations
- Previous experience as a courier or dispatcher in the transport and logistics industry
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Strong customer service orientation and communication abilities
- Familiarity with local roads and traffic conditions
- Valid driver's licence and clean driving record
- Physical fitness to lift and manoeuvre packages
- Commitment to safety and attention to detail
