We are seeking a skilled and reliable Courier/Dispatcher to join the dynamic team at ABest Express Inc. in our Pasay City, Metro Manila location. As a Courier/Dispatcher, you will play a crucial role in the efficient delivery of goods and packages, ensuring our customers receive their items on time and in perfect condition.This is a full-time position that offers opportunities for growth and development within our company.
What you'll be doing- Collecting, sorting, and loading packages for delivery routes
- Delivering packages to customers in a timely and professional manner
- Maintaining accurate records of pickup and delivery times
- Communicating with customers and providing excellent customer service
- Assisting with the dispatch and coordination of delivery schedules
- Ensuring the proper handling and care of all packages
- Adhering to all safety protocols and company policies
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with local roads and traffic patterns
- Experience in a similar courier or delivery role, preferred
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs
