Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 1–2 years experience in HR or related field
- Knowledgeable in Philippine labor laws and HR processes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Fresh Graduates are also welcome to apply
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, applicant screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding
- Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation
- Assist in the implementation of company policies and disciplinary procedures
- Handle employee concerns and support employee relations
- Monitor attendance, leaves, and employee status
- Assist in coordination of payroll and government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)
- Facilitate new employee orientation and training activities
- Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and company policies
- Perform other HR and administrative tasks as required
