Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 1–2 years experience in HR or related field
  • Knowledgeable in Philippine labor laws and HR processes
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Fresh Graduates are also welcome to apply
Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, applicant screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation
  • Assist in the implementation of company policies and disciplinary procedures
  • Handle employee concerns and support employee relations
  • Monitor attendance, leaves, and employee status
  • Assist in coordination of payroll and government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)
  • Facilitate new employee orientation and training activities
  • Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and company policies
  • Perform other HR and administrative tasks as required
