About the role
We are seeking for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team in Mandaue City, Cebu. What you'll be doing- Serve as a strategic business partner, aligning human resources initiatives with the company's objectives
- Provide guidance and support to managers on a range of HR matters, including performance management, employee relations, and talent development
- Assist with the design and implementation of HR policies, programs, and processes to enhance the employee experience
- Contribute to the development and execution of the company's talent management strategy
- Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for improving HR service delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex HR challenges and drive organizational change
- Coach and mentor HR team members to build their capabilities and support their professional growth
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar generalist HR role
- Proven track record of partnering with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence key stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyse data and identify practical solutions
- Familiarity with employment laws, HR best practices, and talent management principles
- Proficient in the use of HR information systems and data analysis tools
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
