- Provides leadership and strategic direction in all areas of Human Resources.
- Includes coaching and guiding the HR team, developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with company goals, and overseeing key functions such as compensation and benefits, payroll, performance management, training and development, succession planning, and employee relations.
- Ensures compliance with labor laws and government regulations, manages employee concerns and legal matters, and maintains positive employer-employee relationships. It also handles policy development and review, budgeting, vendor negotiations, government coordination, and corporate activities.
- Balances organizational objectives with employee needs while providing data-driven support to middle and top management for informed decision-making.
