WORK LOCATION: BNK Building, Unit H 2/F Lot 9, Block 1-FilAm Friendship Highway, Brgy. Anunas, Angeles City
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Generate qualified leads from developers, contractors, consultants, and building owners
- Promote elevator and escalator products and services.
- Preparing technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and presentations
- Conduct regular client visits, site inspections, and project coordination
- Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and industry partners
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and project opportunities
- Support sales team in achieving revenue targets and pipeline growth
- Ensure timely follow-ups on inquiries, RFQs, and project bids
- Maintain accurate CRM records and client database and pipeline updates
- Coordinate with technical, engineering and other department for project requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 1–3 years’ experience in Engineering sales, marketing, or business development (preferably
- Strong understanding of elevator and escalator systems is an advantage
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to read technical drawings and understand project requirements (advantage)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Canva
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of fieldwork
- Strong relationship-building skills with industry stakeholders
