Job Description:
We’re hiring an experienced B2B Outbound Sales Specialist to drive sales across two product categories: commercial sanitizing wipes & dispensers and automotive Paint Protection Film (PPF).
This is a true outbound sales role focused on calling, engaging, and closing not lead generation or administrative work. A ready-to-use database of leads, product training, and tools will be provided.
What You’ll Sell:
- Commercial Sanitizing Wipes & Dispensers
- Used by businesses to maintain clean, hygienic environments.
- Target customers include:
- Gyms, fitness studios, schools, daycares, offices, medical/dental clinics, wellness centers, spas, salons, hotels, and commercial facilities.
- Sales focus:
- Convert businesses already using similar products
- Educate new prospects on the value of implementing wipes & dispensers
- Position our products as a better, more cost-effective solution
- Automotive Paint Protection Film (PPF)
- Protective film used to prevent damage to vehicle paint.
- Target customers include:
- Auto detailers, PPF installers, tint/wrap shops, dealerships, body shops, car washes, and automotive service businesses.
- Sales focus:
- Identify current suppliers and pricing
- Present competitive alternatives
- Drive product comparisons and conversions
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to B2B prospects
- Engage decision-makers (owners, managers, buyers)
- Understand current solutions and identify opportunities
- Clearly communicate product value and pricing advantages
- Handle objections and consistently follow up
- Convert leads into sales opportunities and customers
Qualification and requirements:
- Proven B2B outbound sales experience (required)
- Strong spoken English and confident phone presence
- Experience selling to U.S.-based businesses
- Excellent follow-up and closing skills
- Ability to understand and sell physical products
