Location: Angeles (Pampanga), Mabalacat, Makati, Ortigas, Cebu, Davao
Schedule: Morning Shift
Job Description:
- Design and implement scalable REST APIs using Xano
- Build and manage databases, schemas, relationships, and indexes
- Develop workflows and business logic within Xano platform
- Handle authentication, authorization, and role-based access control
- Integrate third-party APIs, including payments, CRMs, analytics tools
- Optimize API performance, queries, and system reliability
- Collaborate with frontend teams to define API contracts
- Support QA, debugging, and continuous system improvements
Qualification and requirements:
- 1–3+ years backend or full-stack development experience
- Hands-on Xano experience, preferably in production environments
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, HTTP methods
- Knowledge of relational databases, PostgreSQL or MySQL concepts
- Experience integrating third-party APIs and external services
- Familiar with no-code tools like Bubble, FlutterFlow, Retool
- Comfortable working independently in remote or hybrid setups
Preferred:
- Experience with Node.js, Laravel, Django, or similar frameworks
- Understanding of cloud platforms and serverless architecture basics
- Basic frontend skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Experience supporting international or offshore teams
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum development methodologies
