About the role
As a Management Trainee at ABest Express Inc.', you will be embarking on a structured training program that will equip you with the skills and knowledge to become a future leader within our dynamic retail organisation. This full-time role is based in Iloilo City, Iloilo, and will provide you with hands-on experience across various aspects of store operations and management.
What you'll be doing- Participate in a comprehensive training program covering all areas of store management, including customer service, inventory control, financial management, and team leadership
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and efficient store processes
- Develop strong operational and people management skills, learning to lead and motivate a high-performing team
- Contribute to the implementation of sales and marketing strategies to drive store performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Actively participate in the development of your own career plan and take on additional responsibilities as you progress through the program
- A bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- A proven track record of delivering results and a passion for exceeding targets
- Resilience, adaptability, and a willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced retail environment
- Familiarity with retail operations, inventory management, and customer service principles
