Ø Specifically Management/Hotel and Restaurant Management course graduate from a reputable University/College- Experience:
- Skills:
Ø Excellent interpersonal Skill
Ø Computer Literate
Ø Effective implementation skills on policies, operational systems and guidelines
Ø Knowledgeable in proper scheduling of workforce in the store
Ø Knowledgeable on 4M’s (Manpower, Money, Machines and Methods)
Ø Critical thinker
Ø Must be people oriented, diversified and dynamic
Ø Must be proficient and fluent in Hiligaynon, Tagalog and English languages.
Ø Strong in oral and communication skills.
Ø Model supportive and participatory leadership qualities, promote team alignment.
Ø Motivate staff to achieved their stated objectives
Ø Use the interest-based problem solving method to resolve issues
WORKING CONDITIONS
Ø 24/7 and must ensure that the line of communication is open all the time
Ø May travel/assigned in other areas/branches of the company nationwide
Ø May require to work overtime and even during holidays in times of urgent cases arises
Ø May be exposed to heat and dust
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work Activities:
Ø Ensures the business operates within the company's mission and vision statement
Ø Strictly conducts the standard operation system/procedure in the store:
§ Opening/closing procedure of store outlet
§ Accurate inventory and forecast of stocks/machine/equipment’s etc.
§ Accurate and consistent compliance on given directives of specific tasks and scheduled activities/transactions of other departments
