Qualifications
- Bachelors/College Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Development or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, & PowerPoint)
- Ability to work with high confidential information
- Must be adept at problem solving including being able to identify issues and resolve it in a timely manner
- Must be able to read and interpret information, present numerical data in a resourceful manner and skillfully gather and analyze information
- Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities as to use time efficiently
- Must be organized, accurate, thorough and able to monitor work quality
- Possesses a pleasing and adaptable personality
- Timekeeping direct hired employees and agency personnel.
- Serves as a reliever or HR Recruitment in case of absence.
- Manage and maintain employee records in the HRIS, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Generate HR reports (headcount, turnover, attendance, etc.) from the HRIS for management use
- Preparation and arrangement of the company staff house.
- Facilitating the trainee's allowances.5. Handle the HR Dept. petty cash fund and other funds needed for training and other company events.
- In charge of training room scheduling.
- Monitors and facilitates the ordering and release of employees' company uniforms.
- Prepares and updates employees' company IDs.
- Coordinate with other departments in preparation for the onboarding of newly hired employees (working station, computer, company phone, and other supplies needed) .
- Check the completion of all the pre-employment requirements
- Have the New Hire fill-up the ATM Application Form (MBTC & BDO)
- Create a 201 folder to keep the New Hire’s submitted requirements and forward to BTH HR office for filing
- Conduct a departmental tour for newly hired employees and endorse their respective immediate heads
- Receives incoming HR documents from different departments and/or other agencies
- Receives and encodes IRs for all employee and submit to BTH HR for sanction
- File all HR documents for record purposes and for future reference.
- Update medicine records and inventory.
- Facilitate venues and other needs for company events.
- Coordinates with the HR Head in determining the objectives and targets of the department in relation to the HR procedural manuals.
- Conduct and or facilitate any HR administrative and clerical works.
- Perform other related tasks as may be required by the management and/or immediate head.
Bacolod
experience as a Virtual Assistant in the real estate or property management industry.
• Strong knowledge in Australian Property Management
• Proficiency in real estate systems (Property Tree, Property Me IRE, Agent Box, Vault).
