About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the dynamic team at ABest Express Inc.', as a Management Trainee. As a Management Trainee, you will be responsible for learning all aspects of store operations and management, with the goal of becoming a future store manager.This is a full-time position based in Malate, Manila City, Metro Manila.
What you'll be doing- Gain hands-on experience in all areas of store operations, including inventory management, customer service, sales, and staff supervision
- Participate in comprehensive training programs to develop your leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Work closely with experienced store managers to learn best practices and strategies for effective store management
- Assist in the implementation of marketing and promotional initiatives to drive sales and increase customer engagement
- Collaborate with the regional management team to identify and implement process improvements
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as business, retail management, or a similar discipline
- Demonstrated interest and passion for the retail industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
- Proficient in using technology, including point-of-sale systems and inventory management software
