Job Summary: Responsible for financial reporting and corporate compliance.
Duties and ResponsibilitiesA. Financial Reporting
- Prapare general ledger accounts and check journal vouchers
- Prepare monthly subsidiary schedules and ensures that the balance is tally against accounting software
- Prepare monthly financial statements
- Prepare analysis of expenses
- Record, Analyze, and Monitor various expenses
- Prepare monthly closing entries such as but not limited to bank reconciliation, depreciation, prepayments, and accurals every 10th of the following month.
- Monitor fixed assets
- Monitor employee incentives
- Supervise the Accounting operations (end to end) for the Company during the month end.
- Prepare annual and quarterly Income Tax Return
- Assist in book of accounts (General ledger, Cash disbursement, General Journal, Cash Receipts and etc.)
- Prepare schedules along with complete, valid and accurate supporting documents for corporate reporting requirements. (ex. BIR, SEC)
- Facilitate in processing of Business Permits and other government reportial requirements.
- Assists external auditors
- Coordinate to BIR officer if necessary
- Update Company regarding latest issuance of BIR, SEC, and etc.
