• Primary liaison of the company with external accountants; supplies complete and accurate documents for the

• Handled BIR-related matters including Letters of Authority (LOA), assessments, and resolution of outstanding

• Coordinated directly with bank representatives regarding telegraphic transfers, loan settlements, and other

• Acted as the direct contact between the Company President and legal counsel for corporate and special legal

• Reviewed, verified and audited accounts payable documents to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Evaluated Monthly Disbursement Schedule and other related reports prepared by the accounting assistants

• Monitored accounts to ensure payments are current and accurate
• Managed authorized access to the company’s online banking platforms for fund transfers and payment

• Assessed project billings in coordination with the Engineering, Billing and Finance Department to support

• Prepared and presented Collection Reports to the top management.
• Monitored accounts to ensure collections are credited and recorded

Qualifications/Requirements

Results-driven Accounting Officer Administration, and government compliance. Proficient in cash flow monitoring, asset safeguarding, and coordination with external accountants, banks, and legal counsel. Well-versed in BIR compliance, EFPS, Alphalist, and relief systems

(SLS/SLP). Highly dependable in handling confidential financial data, BIR Audits and compliance-critical deadlines.
