Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support to strengthen our fintech sales team. This role ensures seamless application and onboarding processes for clients, coordinates with Product and Sales Operations teams, and provides day-to-day issue resolution.

By equipping the sales team with the right tools, processes, and resources, the Sales Operations Support Associate plays a vital role in enabling business growth and delivering a smooth customer journey in a fast-paced digital finance environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team, particularly on application and onboarding-related concerns.
  • Coordinate with Product and Sales Operations teams to ensure smooth application and order processing, tracking, and completion.
  • Handle day-to-day issue resolution and escalation management, ensuring timely responses and effective solutions.
  • Support sales enablement by ensuring the team has access to fintech-specific tools, processes, and resources to achieve business targets.
  • Monitor and track application workflows, identifying bottlenecks and recommending process improvements.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on application status, issue resolution, and operational performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline digital processes and enhance customer and partner experience.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales support, operations, or administrative roles.
  • Experience in fintech, banking, lending, or financial services is strongly preferred.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM or fintech sales management tools is an advantage.
