Our Consumer Lending team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Makati with the role of Sales Support Officer.
In this role you will provide operational and compliance support to the Mortgage Sales and Product Team to ensure adherence to bank policies, credit standards, and regulatory requirements. You will also review and validate loan documentation and data accuracy, coordinates with internal units, and ensures timely report submission.

What the role will entail- Deliver high‑quality loan file reviews and reports, ensuring data accuracy, timely submissions, and the completion of quality assurance, regulatory, and internal reports with no major findings.
- Ensure strong compliance and audit outcomes through adherence to regulatory and internal policies, timely risk and control assessments, and effective resolution of audit issues.
- Drive continuous process improvement, implementing corrective and preventive action plans, reducing recurring control issues, and improving turnaround time and process efficiency.
- Support project and system enhancements, ensuring timely delivery, successful implementation, and high‑quality documentation and reporting.
- Assist in marketing and program initiatives, including performance monitoring, budget tracking, and market and competitor analysis to support strategic decision‑making.
- Bachelor's degree holder from a 4‑ or 5‑year course
- At least 3 years of experience in MIS, Sales Support, or a related field, with 5–7 years of experience delivering end‑to‑end solutions.
- Detail‑oriented and analytical, with the ability to produce accurate and timely reports, maintain strong data integrity, and derive meaningful insights from trends and anomalies.
- Adaptable, proactive, and solution‑driven, capable of managing multiple deadlines, adjusting to changing requirements, and resolving data gaps efficiently.
- Collaborative, communicative, and principled, able to work effectively across teams, clearly present insights to stakeholders, and uphold strict data confidentiality and compliance standards
