Sales Account Manager - (Cebu)

- Sales & Business Development
- Proactively secure new customers for the company’s comprehensive logistics services.
- Execute telemarketing and outdoor sales activities to identify and capture new business opportunities.
- Manage and maintain strong professional relationships with existing accounts to ensure customer retention.
- Reporting & Compliance (ISO Focused)
- Perform mandatory weekly reporting of daily movements to accurately capture and analyze sales performance.
- Compile and submit precise, timely sales reports as requested by management to support data-driven decision-making.
- Adhere to all company policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) at all times.
- Client Support & Documentation
- Prepare professional quotations, tenders, bidding documents, and responses to RFQs/RFIs as requested by clients.
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and Company Operations to coordinate inquiries and booking processes.
- Ensure all customer service requirements and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
- Financial & Strategic Accountability
- Manage and monitor the accounts receivables of assigned customers to ensure timely payments.
- Attend weekly sales meetings and contribute to annual budget target setting.
- Represent the company in internal and external management conferences or client presentations as required.
