Sales Account Executive

RESOURCEWORLD MANAGEMENT CORPORATION

Is currently looking for:

• To implement sales strategy for the assign segment of the community as to maximize the company’s share of business/market through identifying the major sources of business and by entering into a profitable long-term relationship with them, that covers retail and corporate environment.
• To assist the Sales Manager/General Manager/Sales & Marketing Officer in the formulation of all programs for the development and sale of the project for CORPORATE and BROKERS’ ACCOUNTS.
• Assist in the Sales Manager/General Manager/Sales & Marketing Officer in finding an attractive property packaging designed for corporate and Brokers’ accounts that Sales Manager/General Manager would recommend for approval.
• OTHERS

1. Maintain an honest, friendly and disciplined working relationship and environment at all times.
2. Maintain confidentiality at all times on all internal work-related matters and practices.
3. Performs other tasks and functions that maybe assigned by the Superiors

• Graduate of four-year course preferably with emphasis on Business or Marketing
• Sales and Marketing experience, preferably with wide exposure in corporate accounts
• Good communication skills
• Computer literate
• Creative, pleasing personality
• Ability to relate well with different type of people
• Can work without supervision
• Good human relationship and can work well with co-employees
