LOGISTICS SUPERVISOR

We are seeking a results-driven Logistics Supervisor with a strong background in logistics and supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily logistics operations, including inbound and outbound shipments
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor transportation and delivery activities
• Monitor and control logistics costs, ensuring efficiency and budget compliance
• Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, and other departments for smooth operations
• Track shipments and resolve any issues related to delays, damages, or discrepancies
• Maintain accurate records of logistics transactions and prepare performance reports
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and government regulations
• Lead and manage logistics staff, including training and performance evaluation

Requirements and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 2-4 years of proven experience in logistics or supply chain, preferably in a supervisory role
• Extensive background in transportation, sourcing, and cost management
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office and logistics/ERP systems
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
