A logistics supervisor directs a company's supply chain and transportation operations.

They are responsible for managing daily shipping and receiving, overseeing inventory control, optimizing delivery routes, and leading warehouse staff to ensure products reach customers efficiently and cost-effectively.

Qualifications/Requirements

Technical Skills: Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).

Leadership: Strong conflict resolution, team-building, and communication skills

Process Optimization: Analyze logistical data and implement strategies to reduce shipping costs and improve turnaround times
