JOB PURPOSE

Responsible for managing all office facilities and any administrative requirements of the company. Ensuring the effective operation, maintenance, and safety of the organization’s facilities and physical assets.

• Office Facilities Monitoring
• Cleaning Maintenance

• Vehicle Administration
• Utility Bills Monitoring
• Office Facilities Accountability Management
• Building Admin Coordination and Requirements

• Utility Staff Monitoring
• Office Security Guard Management

• Performs other tasks that may be assigned by the immediate superior.

• Graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce -Major in Management or any management-related course, Engineering, or Architecture.
• With at least 3 yrs. related work experience in Facilities Management.
• Background in Property Management and Building Administration is an advantage.
• Must be knowledgeable in Facilities and Building Systems, such as electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and security.
• With a basic understanding of space planning and layout design.
• Has skills in Problem-solving, Critical thinking, and decision-making.
• With strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be highly organized.
• Office-based location with overtime work as needed.
