Facilities Project Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan, manage, and oversee facilities improvement, renovation, and infrastructure projects from start to finish.
  • Develop project plans, budgets, schedules, and monitor project progress and costs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, architects, engineers, consultants, and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with building codes, engineering standards, company policies, and safety requirements.
  • Manage contractors and maintain strong communication with stakeholders by providing regular project updates and resolving issues.
  • Support the implementation of preventive maintenance programs and recommend facility and equipment improvements.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities while keeping projects within approved budgets.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and engineering records.
  • Present project updates and recommendations to senior management.
  • Promote continuous improvement in facilities, maintenance, and project management processes.

Needed Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Facilities Management, or a related field.
  • At least 6 years of experience managing facilities, construction, infrastructure, or real estate projects.
  • Minimum 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
  • Experience in commercial or industrial facilities, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), construction, and preventive maintenance.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and AutoCAD.
  • Strong knowledge of project management, facilities management, building codes, budgeting, and regulatory compliance.
