The Facilities Manager leads end-to-end facilities operations across all three INTG sites — Pasig, Antipolo, and Tarlac — supporting a combined facilities and administrative team of 37. Operating within a fast-paced, 24/7 BPO environment, this role safeguards uptime, safety, and service continuity for the sites' staff and clients, while ensuring full compliance with Philippine regulatory and OSH standards.

The role owns the facilities P&L across all sites, sets and enforces consistent operating standards, and builds the team's capability to respond to the operational tempo of a multi-site, multi-shift business. The Facilities Manager acts as the primary point of accountability to Senior Leadership and the Head of Governance for all facilities matters, and partners closely with Operations, HR, IT, and Security to keep the business running without disruption.

Experience
  • Minimum 5 to 7 years' experience in facilities/administrative management, including at least 3 years managing multiple sites simultaneously
  • Proven experience leading teams of 25+ across more than one location, ideally within a BPO, shared services, or similar 24/7 operating environment
  • Track record of managing operating facilities and capital budgets in the multi-million PHP range
  • Demonstrated experience with disaster/risk management planning and business continuity execution
  • Hands-on experience leading internal and external compliance audits/inspections
Education & Certifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Facilities/Property Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent proven experience)
  • OSH certification strongly preferred; NEBOSH, IFMA (CFM), or PMP certification an advantage
Skills & Competencies
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); familiarity with CMMS/ticketing platforms a plus
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive-level communication and reporting skills
  • Ability to lead through others (Admin Supervisors and teams) while maintaining hands-on visibility across all 3 sites
  • Sound judgment under pressure, with strong crisis-management and decision-making capability
  • High attention to detail balanced with the ability to prioritize across competing site demands
