POSITION: Facilities Management Manager

LOCATION:

  • Reporting onsite in BGC, Taguig
  • Will oversee multiple properties/facilities

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Bachelor's/College Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering (preferred but not required), or any related field relevant to Facilities Management.
  2. Several years of experience in Facilities Management with proven leadership and people management experience.
  3. Strong knowledge of facilities operations, building systems, maintenance, and property management.
  4. Demonstrated experience in budgeting, financial planning, cost optimization, and contract/vendor management.
  5. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
  6. Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  7. Proven leadership and project management abilities with experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple sites.
  8. Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, security, and other building systems.
  9. Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
  10. Knowledge of health and safety regulations, sustainability initiatives, and quality management standards (ISO 9001:2015 is an advantage).
  11. Adaptable, results-driven, customer-focused, and committed to operational excellence and innovation.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  1. Develop and execute strategic initiatives that align with organizational goals and drive the success of Asset Management operations.
  2. Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams while fostering a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and customer excellence.
  3. Manage financial performance by overseeing budgets, revenue targets, cost optimization, resource allocation, and collection efficiency.
  4. Ensure operational excellence through regulatory compliance, preventive maintenance, risk management, and effective emergency response protocols.
  5. Optimize workplace functionality through strategic space planning, energy management, and sustainable facilities operations.
  6. Uphold health, safety, and quality standards by ensuring compliance with regulations, conducting audits, and maintaining ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
  7. Oversee vendor and contract management, ensuring service quality, contractual compliance, and strong supplier performance.
  8. Lead seamless property transitions by implementing standardized operational and technical processes for new accounts.
  9. Drive business growth by building strong client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and presenting tailored facilities management solutions.
  10. Analyze operational performance, implement process improvements, and actively participate in corporate initiatives and professional development activities.
