HR Recruiter (End-to-End Recruitment)

Employment Type: Full-time

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes to ensure timely fulfillment of staffing requisitions with qualified candidates aligned with business objectives.
• Continuously monitor and assess recruitment processes; recommend improvements based on evolving business needs.
• Collaborate with Operations and cross-functional teams to meet recruitment targets, headcount requirements, and timelines.
• Partner with management at all levels to understand and address hiring needs effectively.
• Conduct ongoing research on recruitment trends, strategies, and best practices to attract and retain talent.
• Prepare and present recruitment reports, including qualitative and quantitative data, to provide insights on hiring performance and trends.

• Bachelor’s/College Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of work experience in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships across all organizational levels.
• Proven ability to collaborate with diverse teams to achieve recruitment goals.
• Strong business acumen, problem-solving capability, and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
• Solid interviewing skills, with the ability to assess candidate suitability effectively.
• Must be willing to work on-site in MOA, Pasay.
