About the role
We are seeking an experienced HR Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic team company based in Makati City, Metro Manila. As a full-time HR Recruitment Specialist, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent to support the growth and success of our organisation.
What you'll be doing- Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates for various roles within the company
- Screening and evaluating applicant resumes, conducting interviews, and assessing candidates to ensure a strong cultural fit and alignment with job requirements
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and preferences, and tailoring the recruitment process accordingly
- Maintaining a robust talent pipeline and tracking applicant progress through the recruitment lifecycle
- Coordinating and facilitating the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organisation
- Providing data-driven insights and recommendations to improve the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment function
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and legal compliance requirements related to hiring and employment
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in a recruitment or HR generalist role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment-related software
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a keen eye for detail
- A collaborative and customer-focused mindset, with a passion for building a diverse and high-performing workforce
