We are currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced HR professional to join our team as an HR Supervisor – Recruitment.
✅ Job Responsibilities:- Supervise end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes
- Lead sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
- Monitor hiring requirements and manpower requests
- Develop effective recruitment strategies and sourcing channels
- Ensure timely completion of hiring targets
- Coordinate with department heads regarding staffing needs
- Oversee onboarding and pre-employment requirements
- Maintain recruitment databases and reports
- Guide and support the recruitment team
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 2–3 years of experience in Recruitment or HR Supervisory role
- Strong background in volume hiring and sourcing
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and recruitment platforms
