Australian Tax Accountant - (Remote from Philippines)

Inspire Accountants are seeking experienced Tax Accountants with Australian Tax experience based in or near Pampanga to join our team remotely on a full-time basis.

The successful candidate will:

• Hold a bachelor’s degree and have 3 or more years of work experience in Australian public practice accounting.
• Have experience using Xero
• Have a secure and reliable internet connection with minimal power outages in your area
• Have strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and your team
• Have the ability to work both independently and autonomously
• Have your own reliable laptop or computer
• Have a dedicated, quiet workspace where you can work uninterrupted during business hours

Selection Process:

• Technical day-trial assessment required (7.5-hour practical paid exercise)
• Review real Australian tax scenario to demonstrate competency
• Ensures mutual fit and sets you up for success

• Work closely with our team in Brisbane to serve their allocated clients on the many obligations of a small business owner in Australia,
• You’ll have experience in preparing financial statements, income tax returns, and other lodgements for companies, partnerships and trusts in accordance with Australian Tax regulations
• Learn the ropes - helping a Senior Accountant prepare to deliver Tax Planning, Tax Business Structure reviews, Annual General Meetings & Business Structure Advice (to name a few) …
• Assist with researching complex taxation issues on behalf of your clients,
