FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANT

Key Responsibilities:

As Functional Consultant, you will be required to perform a variety of tasks, such as but not limited to the following:

Job Objective:

Support clients in the selection, implementation, and support of specific Odoo modules. This role uses consulting skills, business knowledge, and Odoo solution expertise to effectively integrate Odoo technology into the client’s business environment to achieve client expected business results.

Key Results Area (KRAs):

• Handles and facilitate projects process documentation and improvements.
• Performs business processes and workflows detailed mapping
• Provides recommendations for systems and process improvements on:
• Cycle Time
• Redundant Processes
• Process simplification
• Automation (Odoo and Existing SAP integration)
• Provides training to clients’ admin and users.
• Set up Odoo Database

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

• The Consultant facilitates the implementation and support of Odoo modules to enhance the clients’ business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction.
• Design, configuration and testing in various Odoo Modules
• Analyze the current business processes and scenarios of the client and recommend/develop solutions to meet the clients need
• Responsible primarily for successful implementation of Odoo, providing functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and instruction on Odoo products to clients.
• Carry out complex or novel assignments requiring the development of new or improved procedures
• Develop and evaluate plans and criteria to be carried out by others; provides direction and leadership
• Provide detailed knowledge of industry best practices.
• Manage or participate in Odoo implementations
• Acts as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems and map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of the organization and adheres to all organizational standards.

Other Responsibilities:

• Oversee the implementation of Odoo and ensure proper system utilization across Above Infranet Solutions Inc., Jinisys Software Inc., Kasa Boutique Hotel, PilatesFit and BMI Marketing.
• Monitor and supervise data encoding to guarantee accuracy and efficiency for accounting users and encoders.
