About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Consultant/Cashier to join our team at the Power Mac Center SM Consolacion. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, offering product recommendations, and processing sales transactions.

What you'll be doing

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Demonstrate and explain product features to customers
Provide personalised recommendations to match customer needs
Process sales transactions and handle cash/card payments
Maintain store cleanliness and organisation
Participate in regular product and sales training
Contribute to the overall success of the store

What we're looking for

Previous experience in retail or customer service roles
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent problem-solving and customer-focused attitude
Ability to work well in a team and independently
Basic numeracy skills and attention to detail
Familiarity with Apple products and services would be an advantage
