SPANISH SALES CONSULTANT
We are seeking a driven and customer-service oriented Spanish Sales Consultant to join our team in our Cebu, Central Visayas location. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for generating new sales by connecting with potential clients over the phone and providing exceptional customer service.
A day in the life of a Spanish Sales Consultant includes . . .- Conducting outbound sales calls to potential clients to promote our products and services
- Responding to inbound sales inquiries and provide tailored solutions to customer needs
- Maintaining a positive and professional demeanour when interacting with customers
- Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets through effective sales techniques
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Continuously developing your product knowledge and sales skills through training and development
Qualifications/Requirements
This job is perfect for you if you have . . .- A native command of international Spanish and must be fluent in English and Spanish, both verbal and written
- Entry level to 1-2 years experience in Sales/CSR in a Spanish support BPO
- The willingness and ability to work onsite (Cebu IT Park); preferably from Cebu but open to outside Cebu applicants
- A keen eye for detail and strong organizational, time management, and problem solving skills
- The ability to break down complicated process steps into information an author can easily understand
- A pleasant but firm demeanor, with composure under pressure and the ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Tolerance for low physical mobility, i.e., sitting at a desk for extended periods
- Sufficient manual and digital dexterity to work with a computer, keyboard, mouse, monitor, and phone pad
