The Executive Concierge Senior Associate Support team supports US-based stakeholders and plays a key role in enabling the growth of the team on an international scale. This is an opportunity to become an integral part of the Executive Support function, combining Team Leader responsibilities with executive administrative support for senior stakeholders.
In this role, you will report to the Executive Support Manager and assist in delivering and improving service quality to meet evolving business needs. You will help oversee the day-to-day operations of the Executive Support team, serve as a primary point of contact for team queries, and collaborate on initiatives related to continuous improvement, team development, and consistent service delivery.
Candidates must be available to work US night shift hours as this is a mandatory requirement for the role.
Role Overview
Professionals in business services and support provide efficient administrative coordination to enable smooth day-to-day operations. This includes managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling confidential information. At the Senior Associate level, the role also involves supporting team coordination, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to process improvements.
You are expected to build strong professional relationships, anticipate stakeholder needs, and maintain high-quality standards while navigating complex and evolving requirements.

- Must be willing to work in a Hybrid Setup and Night Shift (depending on client requirements.
- At least 4 years of experience in administrative support, executive support, or customer service
- Strong oral and written English communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of coordinating Passport/Visa issuance and renewal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Lotus Notes is preferred
- Experience supporting executive level leadership members
- Exceptional communication and persuasive skills
- Proven ability to create and proofread proposals/presentations
- Proficiency in building relationships across various levels of management
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to work independently
This role involves managing email and calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating events and travel, fostering professional relationships, and supporting the implementation of new technologies and policies.
