HR and Admin Assistant

Your main responsibility will be to assist the HR and Admin department function of our restaurant and hotel group comprising of 50-70 employees.
  • You will focus on payroll and timekeeping, memo creation, screening of candidates, safe employee hiring, and other administrative duties.
  • You must be a team player and an independent contributor towards achieveing our company’s objectives.
  • Fully-vaccinated
  • Has experience with using a HR Platform and payroll software
  • Those with at least 2 years working experience in Human Resources
  • Can speak, write and communicate in English or Filipino fluently
  • Has previous experience in timekeeping
  • Organized, Trustworthy, hardworking and dedicated to work.
  • Punctual at all times.
