JOB SUMMARY:

The HR/Admin Officer is responsible for supporting the organization in a wide range of human resource and administrative functions. This includes assisting in recruitment, maintaining employee records, monitoring attendance and timekeeping, coordinating government-mandated benefits, and supporting employee relations initiatives.

The role also involves general office administration to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is trustworthy, organized, and adaptable, with a basic understanding of HR practices and a willingness to learn and grow within the role.

JOB QUALIFICATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related course
  • No experience required, but 1–2 years of relevant work experience is preferred
  • With knowledge in different facets of HR such as recruitment, timekeeping, employee relations, and compensation & benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)
  • Experience in an ISO-certified company is an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Trustworthy and can handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
  • Open to feedback and able to handle constructive criticism professionally
  • Emotionally mature, adaptable, and not easily discouraged by challenges
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Good interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Can work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Willing to learn and grow in a dynamic work setting
