Retail Operations Officer

We are looking for a highly organized and results-driven Retail Operations Officer to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth store operations, lead the sales team, maintain excellent customer service standards, and drive sales performance while delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the retail store to ensure efficient and seamless business operations.
• Supervise, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Monitor store performance and implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
• Ensure the store is well-maintained, visually appealing, and compliant with company standards.
• Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and coordinate regular stock counts.
• Handle customer concerns and resolve escalated issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Prepare operational and sales reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
• Coordinate staff schedules and monitor attendance and productivity.
• Work closely with management to implement promotional activities and improve overall store performance.

• Pleasing personality and professional appearance.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in retail operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or store management role.
• Strong leadership, people management, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to drive sales and manage store performance.
• Experience in inventory management and retail operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
• Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules.
